Jatwin Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to jatwin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jatwin ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing jatwin at jatwin.org, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use jatwin, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed jatwin account.

Jatwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering on jatwin, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility criteria above. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jatwin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If jatwin detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jatwin account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Jatwin will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Jatwin accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jatwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jatwin supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. No currency conversion is applied at any stage — what you deposit in BDT is what appears in your account balance in BDT.

Jatwin does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jatwin's control. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Key deposit and withdrawal rules on jatwin:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account's payment section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

• Jatwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your jatwin account balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• Jatwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Jatwin offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus on jatwin, you agree to the specific terms of that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all jatwin promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

Game outcomes are determined entirely by this system and are not influenced by bet size, account history, time of day, or any other external factor. All RNG systems used on jatwin are independently audited.

Jatwin is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited during gameplay:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported to support and may be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay restrictions above, the following conduct is prohibited on jatwin under all circumstances:

• Using jatwin for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Posting abusive, threatening, or offensive content in any jatwin communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the jatwin platform.
• Using jatwin in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Jatwin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. If jatwin has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for illegal activity, the account will be suspended immediately and all relevant information will be provided to the appropriate authorities.

8. Privacy & Data

Jatwin uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. 10. Account Termination

You may close your jatwin account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Jatwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A player has been found to be operating multiple accounts.

11. Limitation of Liability
